Set in the hills South-East of Lucca, Al Fanucchi is an ideal retreat for family summer vacations. A panoramic terrace in front of the house was planned to be an outdoor living area during the day and an inviting spot for al fresco eating in the evening. At the back of the house, on a slightly higher level, a 13x6 swimming pool was installed in the lawned garden. The structure of the house develops on three different floors allowing two families to holiday together while retaining their separate spaces. The centre of Lucca and the main Tuscan attractions are all easily reachable thanks to the convenient location of the villa. For any assistance required guests can address the helpful owners who live on the same estate. They share the entrance gate and parking area with the guests of Al Fanucchi but in no way interfere with their privacy.


Ground Floor: Entrance; kitchen/dining room opening onto the garden and terrace, furnished for eating outside; sitting room; bathroom with shower.
First Floor: 3 Double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower only).
Second Floor: Twin bedroom; double bedroom; bathroom with shower only; sitting room with stairs leading to a small roof terrace.


Maid service is included 6 hours per week.
