This charming apartment is located in a very central position, in the medieval part of Lucca, 50 metres away from the Guinigi Tower - one of the most renowned attractions of the town. Restaurants, cafés and shops are therefore all within walking distance. The bright interiors of Il Mezzanino are furnished in a very cosy style with great care for details. The apartment has also been provided with all modern facilities, including Sat-TV, stereo and a DSL connection. The apartment is situated on the mezzanine floor, between the ground and first floor (piano nobile) of a period building which has been completely restored. The very helpful owners live in the same building and are available to assist their guests. Day trips to the most famous historical Tuscan towns, as well as to the Versilian coast, are easily feasible thanks to the vicinity to both the motorway exit and the Lucca train station. Upon request, the guests of Il Mezzanino can reserve a parking space at a car park near the apartment.
